Now the component library has a new structure to be open for new components to be added.

The plugin can now be operated in offline mode for a few days.

The component does not need to be downloaded completely. Just the components which are used must be downloaded. Also an update will be made only on changed components.

The component library selection dialog is now always visible and dockable to enhance the workflow.

Technical drawings can be downloaded on demand (where available)
