Default settings of fancy cavities were not set correctly.

It was not possible to set short text and color if SKU is not available in component library.

If components are not yet available in component library (G4, G9, CZ, …) they can now be used together with the BOM and jewel map.

The BOM which can be placed on technical drawings included entries with zero count. They will be now ignored.

There is now an additional information in the BOM (only from techPLM) if the SKU is available in component library.

The diameter is now calculated from the minimum bounding box length, instead of the maximum bounding box length.

The click on the preview image in the availability chart in component library will now return to the hierarchical view of the component library.
